The Nantel Verdict
The Nantel Verdict
Five-layer walnut frame with maple, mahogany, spruce body; professional-grade bridge pickup captures full instrument resonance plus bowing attack; dual signal path via onboard bypass switch allows direct output or volume-controlled signal; lightweight construction balances sonic projection with ergonomic comfort.
Accepts standard violin shoulder rests and chin rests. Requires amplifier or audio interface for electric output. Bridge pickup demands occasional cleaning. Cable management essential for live performance. Players transitioning from acoustic should budget for amp rental initially.
The YEV104 Natural refuses to compromise between acoustic authenticity and electric versatility. Its thoughtful engineering—the resonant walnut frame, the sophisticated pickup system, the genuine tonal character—makes it a credible choice for players seeking electric capability without surrendering musicianship.
