The Sela Shaman Drum – Buffalo Skin in 18″ (≈45 cm) produces a fuller sound with more depth and a long sustain. The buffalo skin creates a dark, earthy tone with noticeable warmth—ideal for meditative journeys and ceremonial use.
The handcrafted frame is made from solid mango wood with natural grain. Mango wood is lightweight yet durable and offers excellent resonance—perfect for clear articulation and a pleasant tactile feel. On the back, a sturdy cross-shaped handle ensures a secure grip.

These drums combine traditional craftsmanship with high-quality natural materials, delivering a distinctive sound for every size and variant. Available in additional sizes: 14″, 16″, 20″, and 22″—with increasing diameter providing richer fullness and resonance depth.
