In vintage years, the shape and thickness of Fender guitar necks varied tremendously. The American Vintage II Series offers a variety of authentic neck profiles from Fender’s past.AUTHENTIC CUNIFE WIDE-RANGE HUMBUCKING PICKUPS
To create an authentic CuNiFe Wide-Range humbucking pickup, we resurrected an alloy that had ceased production for four decades, and tooled up to produce authentic threaded CuNiFe magnets, an essential element in recreating the sonics of the original. These pickups produce tones that retain the clarity and snap of Fender’s single-coils, while also boasting much higher output and thicker timbres.VINTAGE-STYLE HARDWARE
From the bridge to the string tree and tuning machines, every piece of American Vintage II hardware is manufactured to look, sound and function just like it did on the originals.
