The EVANS Pull Cord Drum Key gives you the speed of a power drill, with the freedom of a drum key. The two horizontal key heads are connected to a retractable pull cord pulley system that lets you rapidly fasten or loosen the tension rods without a drill. The third, fixed key head is for fine tuning.
