Orders ship from Laval, Québec with Purolator or Canada Post. Most of Québec receives orders in 1–3 business days after shipping; the rest of Canada in 2–7 depending on region.

Good to know
- Carriers: Purolator and Canada Post. Some regions can also be served by bus delivery — contact us to arrange it.
- Multiple boxes: one order can arrive in several parcels, on different days, at no extra cost.
- Insurance: carriers include limited coverage (up to $100). For valuable instruments, additional coverage can be added for about 3.25% of the order value — ask us before shipping.
- Remote regions (Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territories and non-metropolitan areas) are excluded from free shipping offers.
