The Black Magick Combo is a faithful recreation of one of Rock n' Roll's holy grail amplifiers. Its circuitry, build and cosmetics are modeled after Jimmy Page's beloved 1959 Supro combo, famous for offering most of the tones heard on Led Zeppelin I.

The Modern Day Holy Grail Amp

A 25-watt, Class A, all-tube amplifier, the Black Magick offers more gain than any other Supro amp. Its 6973 tubes offer the instantly recognizable midrange grind and phenomenal touch dynamics that define the Supro sound, all propelled by our custom BD12 speaker, offering warm, balanced tone. Two independent preamp channels can be linked together using the "1 + 2" input jack to obtain fat tone, while utilizing only Input 2 will yield a more agile sound. Our signature power tube tremolo adds footswitchable depth and dimension to this Rock n' Roll time machine. Also available in head format with matching extension cabinet.

Custom BD12 Speaker

Our custom, high-power 12-inch BD12 speaker was designed to conjure the sound of Jimmy Page’s original Supro, featuring an oversized ceramic magnet, top of the line suspension and a special British cone.

All-Tube Sensitivity and Snarl

Class A power amp utilizing a matched pair of 6973 tubes and a custom-made Supro output transformer with 16-ohm, 8-ohm and 4-ohm output options. Phenomenal touch sensitivity and bite.

Premium Look and Feel

Our custom Black Rhino Hide tolex, Supro Silver/Black grill cloth with subtle sparkle, white welting, a dog bone handle, and engraved headplate for premium look and feel.
