The Nantel Verdict
The Nantel Verdict
Solid mahogany construction; 24-fret neck with PRS-quality playability; pickguard-mounted controls reduce visual clutter and alter tonal interaction; versatile electronics platform accommodates a range of pickup configurations; Charcoal Satin finish ages naturally without high-gloss maintenance demands.
Pairs seamlessly with standard single-coil or humbucker replacements if future modifications appeal. Mahogany requires humidity awareness. Strap locks recommended for gigging. No case included at this price point.
A guitar built for players who value substance over ornament. The S2 Standard 24 delivers PRS's proven design language at a more accessible price without cutting corners on construction or tonal foundation.

Bold. Classic. Gig Ready.

The S2 Standard 24’s solid mahogany body and set neck give this guitar a distinctive resonance and powerful sustain, and when mahogany’s rich, round, warm tone meets the Maryland, USA-made PRS 58/15 LT pickups, there are plenty of clear highs and strong mids to be dialed in. The original PRS Standard, introduced in 1987, evolved from Paul Smith’s pre-factory all-mahogany guitars. Reimagined here for the S2 Series, the Standard 24 is gig-ready with a price tag to match.
