  • Offer valid August 15 to October 3, 2026, in store only

Questions? Answers.

Does my old keyboard need to work?
No. Any electronic keyboard or digital piano qualifies, in any condition — even if it no longer powers on.
Can I trade in an acoustic piano?
Not for this promotion — it applies to electronic instruments only. Talk to our piano team about other options for your acoustic piano.
Is the trade-in value fixed?
The value listed for each model is a guaranteed minimum. Our team evaluates your instrument in store and may offer more depending on its model and condition.
Can I take advantage of the offer online?
The trade-in happens in store, since we need to see the instrument. You can reserve your piano online, then bring in your trade-in when you pick it up or arrange delivery — our team will apply the credit to your order.
Do you deliver the new piano?
Yes. Ask our piano team about delivery and setup options in the Greater Montréal area when you complete your purchase.
