Marked “delivered” but nothing received?
The essentials
Don’t panic — in most cases the package turns up within 24 hours. Carriers sometimes scan “delivered” early, or leave parcels somewhere unexpected. Run through the checklist below, then let us take over.
The 5-minute checklist
- Check every entrance — front door, back door, garage, mailbox, parcel locker.
- Ask your household and neighbours — someone may have taken it in.
- Building with a concierge or office? Parcels are often left there without a note.
- Check the tracking details — the scan sometimes names a pickup point rather than your address.
- Wait 24 hours if you can — “delivered” scans genuinely arrive a day early surprisingly often.
Still nothing? We take it from here
